Homemade pizza dough

Let's talk about homemade pizza

I've been making this pizza dough weekly for several years. There's a better reason I keep coming back to this one.

It's the best homemade pizza dough. I always use Red Star Platinum for pizza dough as I get the best results. The Platinum range is fantastic; Its careful formula strengthens the dough and facilitates the work of the yeast.

This homemade pizza dough freezes well, thaws easily and rises beautifully after baking. This is a thick crust recipe that can hold an impressive amount of toppings. If you're a fan of "more is better" when it comes to pizza toppings, this homemade pizza dough is for you!

Hawaiian Pizza Toppings

Use fresh or canned pineapple chunks. For the ham, you can use Canadian ham or bacon. Both have a similar flavor and texture, but Canadian bacon is slightly leaner.I usually use Canadian bacon. The cooked bacon bits are optional but add incredible flavor and crispiness. You can also add chopped onions.
Hawaiian pizza is not Hawaiian;its place of origin is Canada.
