Making cranberry sauce with turkey slices, and lots of leftover turkey sandwiches is one of my personal favorite meals.
In May they run out of frozen cranberries, and when they run out you can buy canned cranberries.
We made The classic cranberry sauce with fresh or frozen cranberries, and just in 20 minutes.

it was a acquired flavour for me. As a kid I couldn't figure out why some great garnet-colored things fail in flavor like raspberry pie filling!

The cranberries are very tart, and the sugar can stabilize its sour texture. But despite the sugar, the acidity shows. As an adult, I've actually come to love cranberry sauce so much and love it in all its forms, such as appreciating cranberries that you don't even have to cook.

Cranberry Sauce Perfect With Thanksgiving Turkey:

Cranberries sure go great with turkey. If you haven't tried them, hurry up and you'll find out. Kind of like lemon and chicken. Almost something of flavors, you can simply make them for each other. Which is why the sauce is excellent for spreading over turkey to leftover turkey sandwiches.

Note: The recipe only calls for a cup of water, but if you want to replace it with half a cup of orange juice and half a cup of water, that's okay, because that gives us an extra orange note in the sauce. You can also put a little sugar if you like. Start with half the amount and add more as needed, and reduce the amount of water as well depending on the sugar you put in.

Below we will see together an easy and smooth recipe for cranberry sauce, which you can easily dress up with a few extras. If you have a favorite way to create your own style, please let us know in the comments!
